"We stayed for 2 nights in the fall for a family event at Stratford Harbor. The house was pristine and cozy. Loved the fenced backyard for the pets and the walk ability of the town. The host and back up host were VERY responsive."

"Amazing property! The refurbishment of this historic house is amazing. The kitchen is perfect for small groups or college graduation party. The "living room" and study were beautiful. The 3 large bedrooms upstairs were plush, comforting, and very charming. The basement living areas were also outstanding. We'll stay here every time we are in town."

"Owner was slow to answer emails (often 2-3 days) and often required multiple emails from request to rent, questions, and even while we were there. There were very minimal amenities (only 4 dining chairs for 5 BR house, very minimal cookware, only 5 towel sets for rental with 8 people.) Towel bar and toilet paper holder in upstairs hall bath fell off wall with normal use. Shoes were left in front coat closet upon our arrival."
