"This place is just as advertised! Comfortable and well appointed. I enjoyed that there were all the appliances and utensils we needed, including a measuring cup! We also really appreciated the coffee and tea set up, including creamer, sugar and Splenda. It's so nice to be able to make coffee in the morning. The bed was very comfortable and even though it is a basement apartment, there are still a couple of windows, so it doesn't really feel subterranean. Good water pressure, and the linens...

"Beautiful and secluded area. We used the property to unwind after our wedding ceremony and we used it before the wedding ceremony as the boys house before the wedding. we picked up fallen branches and made a fire and the owner left us a smore kit that was had by all. Highly recommend. This was our first VRBO experience."

"The location is very convenient and the entrance is in the rear of the house where the gardens, tranquility pond, pool, outdoor seating are beautiful! The space is accommodating and the hosts are exceptional and thoughtful to details. The snacks were gobbled up by all of us so thank you for those! The 5 year old enjoyed the outdoor playground and swing. A sweet spot!"

"This apartment is so pretty. It was very comfortable. There were snacks from local companies, Utz chips and Hershey chocolate which was very thoughtful. There was coffee pods, oil and spices, some drinks in the fridge. In the bathroom were some toiletries and body wash/shampoo were provided. "We stayed here for our grandson’s HS graduation. The property was spotless, beautifully decorated, fully equipped, quiet and comfortable. Owner communication was excellent! The views and wildlife made it extra special. We visited a local winery about 2 miles away - Three Creeks Winery - delicious wine and delightful proprietors. Highly recommend staying here if you are lucky enough to get the chance."

"My family of 6 (4 kids between 5-13) chose this lodging for our first visit to Gettysburg. We found it was walkable, or a very short drive to the major museums and attractions. The decor inside was so thorough it rather reminded us of staying "in the park" at Disney, where the on-site hotels keep you feeling immersed in the experience. This place kept us in the 1860s vibes the whole stay. We would stay again!"
