"Gardenstown is a sweet little village on the coast about one hour north of Aberdeen. The house is located perfectly with an amazing view to the ocean directly out of the kitchen window. It is newly renovated. Everything is in perfect working order. Car can be parked in front of the house. Andreas, our landlord, is a super friendly and relaxed person and gave us both, helpful hints for visits in the area as well as e.g. a gas grill to prepare out freshly self-caught North Sea fish. "Everything was great! Very cool property on the garden center grounds, super nice, friendly and helpful property manager. Very comfortable beds/living spaces was full kitchen and laundry appliances. The property was about 5 miles outside of town so not super walkable but an easy drive to the beach and town center. Would recommend for some peace and quiet! Would stay again no question. "

"Our family of five had a great stay at the mill, we loved the building at the quiet and peaceful location. The rooms and beds are cozy, and we enjoyed the fireplace in the spacious living room. We would love to come back!"

"An excellent glamping site with a chilled atmosphere and lovely landscape. We stayed in the Wheelhouse which is perfect for 2. It was rustic with nice basic facilities. The wee on site shop had ample supplies (bring cash for it). The area was lovely to walk around and we enjoyed the fishing hut community hub. We enjoyed our stay and loved the quirky site. Would definitely come back. "

"Very comfortable stay in this cosy cottage .A lot of thought has gone into all the details & furnishings and we all had a lovely stay. A lot of "extras " supplied which we have not had in other holiday properties Village was very quiet but we Knew that beforehand and that added to the "charm" Just enjoyed watching the Surfers ,the waves,and walking on the beach"

"A perfect, peaceful stay in a magical wee cottage. Extremely well equipped and the wee extra special touches just made our stay even better. The location is perfect for exploring rural Aberdeenshire and the coast. Ally & Jason are warm and welcoming hosts and couldn't do enough for us. We will be back and have already recommended the cottage to all of our friends. Thank you so much for sharing your cottage with us."

"Had a "better room" which had a high price. Turned out to be very very small, and with a vary bad bed. No madrass, or at least thats how it felt. Hot in the room, and no air con or ventilation. Not a good standard."

"Rummet var der ikke noget at udsætte på. God seng, ingen larm, rent badeværelse. Men den medfølgende restaurant virkede ikke ordentlig rengjort. Bordene var klistrede - og selvom vi bad dem om at tørre dem af, forblev de klistrede. "
