Our condo is located right off of Rendezvous Road among a row of modern townhomes. The Rendezvous trail system runs all through the neighborhood. There are countless miles of trails to explore through Arapahoe National Forest and Idlewild (a former ski resort). Within a 1 mile walk you can enjoy: two Lift stations (red line), Fireside Market, The Perk Coffee, Wake N' Bacon, Hernando's Pizza, a playground, and Winter Park's Main Street!
Nearby Fraser Recreation Center has an indoor pool, large workout room, gym, indoor basketball courts, sauna, and tumbling gym for kids.
Within a short 30-minute drive, you can dive into a wealth of activities and attractions. Discover Winter Park Resort, renowned for its world-class skiing, snowboarding, and mountain biking. Just minutes away, the Fraser Tubing Hill provides exhilarating fun for all ages, while the Colorado Adventure Park offers more thrilling tubing and fat biking experiences.

Whether you’re gathered inside with family or savoring the crisp mountain air outdoors, this home offers a setting where time together feels easy and natural.
Sleeping arrangements
The townhome sleeps up to 10 guests across three bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. The first bedroom is a king suite with its own ensuite bath and walk-in shower. The second is a queen suite with a private ensuite and walk-in shower. The third bedroom is designed with three bunk sets, creating a playful and practical space for children or cousins to share. A hallway bath with a shower-tub combo and a half bath on the main floor provide additional flexibility for larger groups. Each bedroom includes comfortable mattresses, bed linens, and window coverings to ensure restful nights.
Outdoor living
Step out onto your private balcony for forest views, where you can begin the day in peace or fire up the BBQ grill for a casual dinner in the evening. Outdoor furniture makes it easy to linger outside, while the large two-car garage offers storage for gear and convenient parking. Additional free on-site parking is also available.
Living and dining
The open-concept living area keeps everyone connected. Two leather sofas face the gas fireplace, creating a cozy space to unwind. A single TV and board games offer low-key entertainment. Just beside, the dining table provides space for group meals, whether it’s a hearty breakfast before heading out or an evening spent planning the next day’s adventures.
Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is fully stocked for everyday cooking. Guests will find a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, blender, and hot water kettle. Cooking basics, pots and pans, silverware, dishes, and barbecue utensils are also provided. Coffee drinkers can enjoy the 12-cup drip coffee maker, with coffee supplied to get you started.
Comfort and essentials
Stay connected with Wi-Fi and comfortable in every season with heating and a ceiling fan. The washer, dryer, drying rack, iron, hangers, and safe make longer stays more convenient. Plush towels, toiletries, and hair dryers are provided. Safety features include smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, and a first-aid kit. Entry is simple with self check-in via keypad and a private entrance.
Neighborhood
The home sits along Rendezvous Road in Fraser, where trails begin right outside your door. Within a mile you can reach coffee shops, dining, and the shuttle to Winter Park Resort. The Fraser Recreation Center offers indoor swimming and fitness options, while nearby attractions include tubing hills, golf courses, and day trips into Rocky Mountain National Park.

"The Lift" is a complimentary and convenient bus service throughout Winter Park and Fraser. We recommend downloading their app during your stay. The Lift also provides free pick-ups daily from 6pm to 2am.
To avoid I-70 traffic, you can travel directly to Fraser/Winter Park from Denver Airport. Take the RTD 'A Line' to Union Station, then enjoy a scenic Amtrak ride to Fraser. Winter Park is the only Colorado ski town accessible by Amtrak.
Air Conditioning: Our cabin does not have AC but has various windows and doors that can be opened and fans. It is uncommon for mountain homes to have AC, as the outdoor temperatures are very comfortable.
