"Clean room! Close to Grand Lake Village! Rustic feel! We enjoyed ourselves! Queen size bed was very comfortable! The room had fans to plug in (for summer)! Bring an extension cord to plug in - so fans can move (be placed) where needed! Nice place and get away!"

"Jen was excellent in hosting, replying and her home is excellent! Came for a long weekend to get out of town. Enjoyed everything the cabin had to offer! Hot tub was a super addition to the lovely place. After a long day on the lake, it was great to come home and get into the hot tub to warm up!We brought our dog with us, which was great to have the option. House came with dog dishes and beds for the dog - super cool! Very spacious and comfortable house, fit 6 of us plus the dog :) Definitely...

"Would recommend to stock cooking oil and or a new scrubber for dishes. Made washing pans a bit hard and there were no nearby grocery stores to go pick up in the evening. "

"Overall decent stay, a lot of road noise, being right by the interstate. Biggest complaint was lack of AC. I stayed here during the summer and when the temps are reaching 80-90s the cabin was extremely uncomfortable and stuffy. Even with all the fans going and windows open. It mode it quite unenjoyable. But you get what you pay for with this place."

"Wonderful cabin, we could not be happier with this rental! Wayne keeps a very clean and tidy space, with thoughtful touches. We especially appreciated the bath robes and guitar for some morning comfort & evening entertainment. Having access to a washer & dryer was also a big plus during our stay. The location was perfect for us; it was wonderful to have a quiet, peaceful retreat to come home to each day. Thank you so much to Wayne & Brigitte for hosting us!"

"We had a wonderful time in Nederland. The house featured a well-stocked kitchen and a cozy fireplace. A local highlight was the Indian/Nepalese restaurant; the authentic dishes and chai tea are a must-try. Communication with Wendy was seamless; she even went out of her way to meet us in downtown Boulder to return a shirt we’d left behind at the cabin."

"The instructions to check in were clear and the place was super clean. I took a screenshot of the listing since it said there is no service so I recommend doing that. The kitchen is stocked with pots and plates and we enjoyed the board games they had as well. I would definitely recommend this place and would love to stay again. "
