"We arrived Friday May 24th 2024 at around 6:30ish. Has been awhile since I’ve been in New York State. No cell service and it wasn’t until I signed back into VRBO that I received instructions how to get into the cabin. Cabin is absolutely gorgeous. As others commented about the smell of smoke, well yeah, there is a wood stove. I heat my mountain home with wood, smelled of home. We brought our lovely lady along with us, she is 9 years old, she isn’t a fan of the flooring lucky we brought her bed....

"Great weekend getaway. The cabin was comfortable. The property was scenic and private. The dogs had a great time running around. We did some fishing in the pond and enjoyed evenings around the camp fire. Thank you Bette."

"We were very happy with our stay at the cozy cabin. The place is extremely clean, very private and the grounds were amazing too! Enjoyed the outside grill on the deck as well. All the horses and cows were fun to watch and the pond with the fountain was so peaceful. I would have loved to stay another night (we stayed 2 nights) on our trip to Niagara Falls and Letchworth. The bed is as soft and comfortable as it looks in the picture."
