"Bexley B&B went above and beyond with our stay! Even when we had a snafu with our room code at 1am they answered the phone and helped us (we felt so bad calling at that hour). Staff were nice and friendly, the housekeeping was immaculate, and the property is right next to an excellent donut/coffee shop. We would definitely stay again!"

"I noticed immediately how dirty it was. Then as I was touring the apartment the shower was dirty and had paint peeling and 6 inch strips along with rusty metal lung to the bottom. I had bought $ worth of groceries for the week when I get back to the room the very next day from work, I realize the fridge was not cold enough to keep my food at a safe temperature. The milk I had just bought was already curdled. The cheese was limping melted, and I had to throw away all the food in the fridge. Then...

"Very disappointed!!! When you advertise that you serve breakfast but we then find out you haven't since covid, huge turnoff. Others that were staying there seemed to be partying in the hall and knocking on our door 1:30AM -4AM in the morning. Back security door that you're supposed to use your card key to get in, kept getting propped open. Brought these issues to the desk, only to receive a shrug...😒"

"This is with out any doubt the most dirty Hotel I have stayed at in the last 15 years and with more than 100 nights a year at Hotels, this is bad. If people looks at me reviews, that I make after visiting a most Hotels, are they normal good and if the price low I do not expect premium Hotels, just clean. But here it is so dirty and breakfast was a joke. I stay at many other Choice Hotels and I have never seen this before. I can not in any way recommend this Hotel. "

"Absolutely horrid!! Wouldn’t stay for free. Non smoking room reeked of smoke; broken toilet seat; feces on bathroom door; paper thin walls, just nasty, asked for a different room was denied and asked for refund so we could leave and was denied. Sent complaint to corporate."

"They should brush the corners for cobwebs and spiders. Overall, it was a fine stay, but that was the only thing to note. At least there weren't bedbugs"

"Took 15 min to check in. Desk clerk could barely speak english. No lights worked in the room. It smelled terrible and moldy. No shower curtain and pipes sticking out. Left immediately. Still waiting for refund. "

"Fantastic amenities!! Free food and drinks in the evening and free hot buffet breakfast in morning. Food was great! Nice pool and hot tub and the room was super clean and nice!! I would definitely stay here again!!"

"Property is a bit dated and SLIGHTLY rundown. Internet was slow and not very secure, and the lighting and television were not the best but, overall sufficient to get me a decent nights rest and close enough to the Convention Center to make for a quick commute. 'Continental Breakfast' was stretching it, though. Two choices of pastries and, if you got there EARLY, a single packet of dried fruit to go with sketchy orange juice. Not a coffee drinker so I couldn't judge that."
