"Stayed here for a week with two coworkers, way better than staying in a hotel. The house was super clean and beds are huge. The lake access and views are second to none! It’s conveniently located less than 10 minutes from town. Highly recommended. We got to kayak and fish and enjoy the deck. "

"Large, very family friendly accomodations. We arrived on a very hot day and the air conditioners and fans were going full blast and it was so comfortable. Everything was neat and tidy. The view was spectacular. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare your own food. The host left coffee and bottled water for us, which was appreciated. It is quite dated but for us that was part of the charm. We enjoyed the game room and board games."

"This lakeside cottage was perfect for a lakeside retreat in North Hero. The rooms were clean and tidy and the common area was very cozy and inviting. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies and there was even a Keurig and K cups. Also, you couldn’t be closer to the lake. Wonderful spot! "

"This house truly lived up to its name, with gorgeous sunsets every evening. We loved the lake access, game room, and the giant lawn for hanging out and playing lawn games. The water entry is rocky (recommend water shoes for sure) but the water was warm and we spent tons of time in the lake. It is worth noting that the staircase to three of the bedrooms is a narrow spiral staircase, but there are two more accessible bedrooms and bathrooms on the ground floor. "This was our first lake vacation but it won’t be our last! The house is as cheerful, welcoming and well appointed as pictured. The hosts were easy to communicate with and left all the information we needed. The hammock, sundeck and Adirondack chairs were favorite spots throughout the week. We made day trips to Burlington and Montreal. We were treated to stunning sunsets each evening. It was a peaceful week and a nice change of pace from our typical ocean vacations. "
