"Large living spaces in this house, made getting ready for the wedding, easier for our bride & her 5-bridesmaids. Our driving distance to the wedding venue (KauriBay Boomrock Clevedon) was free of motorway traffic-troubles. Hotwater had to be turned on at external water tank. "We had an amazing four night stay at this stunning and very spacious apartment which is just metres away from the beach. The host was very friendly and obliging and the apartment was spotless and had every amenity we needed. Great communication from host and I would highly recommend if you wanting a peaceful getaway by the sea."

"The Villa was immaculate, and so wonderfully restored and decorated. The gardens were beautiful and we enjoyed discovering something new each time we went outside. The kitchen has everything you might need to make meals, and there are two sitting areas (one open to the kitchen, and one in front with closing doors for privacy. "Overall the property was fantastic. Everything was clean, everything worked in the home. The only A/C unit is on the ground floor. All of the bedrooms are upstairs. When we arrived all of the curtains were open and no windows were open. The upstairs was over 27*C. It took several hours with windows open to cool the property. If you're not staying in the middle of summer, or if heat doesn't bother you this wouldn't be an issue for you. I would stay here again."
