"We had a lovely weekend in Berlin visiting family. The home was perfect for us and in a great location. It had everything we needed and was clean and well appointed. The neighborhood was quiet and close to both Berlin and Ocean City. Bill was a great host. "

"The townhouse was exactly as listed. It was clean and had all the essentials. It is located in a quiet neighborhood. Our dog also enjoyed her stay. There are steep (uncarpeted) stairs to get upstairs to the bedrooms, so be sure that everyone in your group ( including the dog) is able to handle stairs. A great weekend away. "

"We enjoyed our stay! Very happy about the short distance to Bethany Beach and easy access to grocery store. Host was very helpful and let us know about the renovation before we got there. We weren't able to use the garage to park one of the cars due to the renovation but neighbor was very nice an let us park a car in their extra spot. I would stay there again in the future."

The fenced yard was great for our dog and the house was warm, clean, and cozy (but not at all small) for our New Years trip. The kitchen was really well stocked, the bedrooms, living room, dining room, and bathrooms were all great with lots of little details thought of. We felt completely taken care of. Thank you! "

"The property was great for what we needed! The only down side is that it seemed as if the floors had not been cleaned for some time and if you walked around without shoes on, your feet were very dirty. Other than that, it was a great stay! Very accessible to a lot of things!"
