"We had a 4 night stay here with our 6 year old and it was a great experience. The condo had everything we needed and the view from the 11th floor was just perfect. There were many things to do at Golden Sands that helped occupy our son so we didn't leave much but there are plenty of other things to do just minutes away as well. The beach access was so convenient and the tiki bar was excellent for both drinks and food! Our only complaint about the condo was it seemed the floors could have been...

"Place was exactly as shown in pictures. It was clean, smelled clean, and had plenty of kitchen equipment. Quiet community at end of street, away from the main strip. Lots to do within walking distance. Property manager's communication was good as well. Highly recommend."

"The notes about the office were wrong so we couldn’t get a parking pass and left a note to avoid getting towed. The toilet fill valve is broken so toilet ran entire time."

"Me, my husband, his brother, and his new fiancée all spent New Year's eve in this lovely place! Perfect location, walking distance to everything Rehoboth! Clean, comfortable, and cozy! Beds were so comfortable and the bathrooms were spacious! Really enjoyable stay! Would stay again and recommend highly! Host was friendly and wonderful to work with."

"Location, location, location. This unit was exactly as advertised with an amazing ocean view for sunrises and a bay view for a beautiful sunset. Fully stocked and clean, the unit is showing its age and could use a bit of updating. But, with views and amenities at each turn, the condo is a great find."

"This property was beautiful, clean, and perfect for a family of 4. It had everything we needed for the long weekend. We were in town for a lacrosse tournament and loved the convenience to Lewes, Dewey, and Rehoboth beaches. The pool was wonderful after long games at the fields or a day at the beach. The outside screened in porch was relaxing in the evening. Thank you for a lovely stay and we will definitely book again."
