"The only thing I can find issue with is the fact that one of the bedrooms has no a/c and the family room a/c blows directly on the people sitting on the couch. But given the usual temps there the majority of the time a/c isn't often needed. "

"We had really nice time with our kids at this spot! Very close to the mountain and big enough for all of us to enjoy and hang out. The couches were really a plus. Five recliners made watching the playoffs super fun, and the beds and bedrooms worked out great."

"Property is older and in need of some cosmetic repairs and updates, but the location is great and the price is reasonable based on the property. The listing and pictures are pretty accurate so we were not surprised by anything and we really enjoyed our stay. We would definitely stay again. Swimming in the river is just steps a way and the bike path to town and loon is right by the entrance to the property. "

"This Lodge location was just what we needed. We stayed in Lincoln so we could hit the Flume Slide Trail early in the morning, and this studio was perfect to offer us a comfortable sleep and space to prepare for our journey. Cleanliness and location were EXCELLENT! "
