"House and room were cute, and main part of the house was decorated for the holidays. Walkable distance to the main Square and bike/walking path on same block to town. Excellent breakfast in the morning. It was nice to go to Healdsburg during the off-season And this was definitely a nice place to stay."

"I didn't see it explicitly stated that the bedroom and kitchen-bathroom areas are separated by a shaded porch. It may not be a big deal to some, but we stayed during 100F weather, so having to step out of the air-conditioned space was not ideal. Additionally, the kitchen-bathroom area is not air-conditioned, so it was like an oven in there while trying to cook meals. Finally, the water pressure in the shower was very low. "Fantastic, clean, cozy and modern place with gas fireplace. Location is amongst huge redwoods and not far from town. Host was quick to respond to questions and made sure we were comfortable. Highly recommended"
