"House was very clean and smelled great. Nice little tucked away neighborhoodI do wish it was stated somewhere that this is a partitioned off house and you have a couple rooms. We have a 9 month old and he was up all night and probably kept the host awake as well. We would not have booked had we known, out of respect. Sorry Preston! "

"The mattress across from the master was very uncomfortable. There is a dip in the middle. I had my daughter look at the mattress while I was lying down and she confirmed it's shaped like a "U". "

"Nice little house and quiet neighborhood… But be careful on the front steps and stoop. They are slanted and have uneven ridges. Shoes can easily catch and you WILL trip and fall (we did). Also check in availability is late (5 PM). If you want earlier or at least 3 PM (which is the industry standard), you have to pay an extra 25 for every earlier hour that you need. Take this in consideration if you are in town for an evening event you will be rushing to. "

"Best ever, especially with frigid temps. Not a draft to be found, toasty warm and water pressure that was strong at heats up fast. Fridge with ice maker & gas stove are bonuses for a rental & the towel closet bonus of ALL the toiletries you might forget. Highly recommend."

"Overall this was a decent place to stay. Only a couple of problems that we worked around. The first was one bed was unusable. The second was we were told by cleaning staff that we couldn’t use one of the two sinks in the upstairs. Only the water was turned off to both sinks. Wouldn’t keep us from staying again but would need these items addressed first. "
