Stylish & Central Townhome-Perfect for Groups!

Located in the heart of Fort Wayne is a three bedroom townhome suitable for (maximum of) 8 guests. The space is unique in style, where modern meets relaxed, cozy, and comfortable to make you feel at home. It was designed specifically with our guests in mind and we hope that you embrace all the little moments during your stay.

Sleeping arrangements include two king beds, one queen bed, a sleeper sectional sofa in the main living room, a queen size air mattress, and a queen size folding mattress located in the master bedroom closet on the third floor. Each bedroom has its own closet and private en suite full bathroom!!

FIRST FLOOR: A full bedroom is located on the first floor right when you walk in the home with a queen size bed, a closet and a full en-suite bathroom with a corner stand up shower. This room has sliding barn doors and has a large window at street level so there may be some street noise since this is a downtown home but earplugs are provided for anyone who is a light sleeper :)

SECOND FLOOR: This floor is the spot to entertain! A half bathroom and coat closet will be right up the stairs and then you have a great size living room with plenty of seating, an island with two barstools, and a counter height dining table with 6 additional barstools. There is a coffee bar AND a dedicated office space with a comfortable chair if you need to work from home. The kitchen has high end appliances, which includes a gas stove, and all of the kitchen supplies you may need for a comfortable stay especially if you like to cook your own meals. A balcony is located at the north end of the home off of the living room to create a indoor/outdoor vibe with a charcoal grill (The Big Green Egg) that will be available for your use during your stay.

THIRD FLOOR: As soon as you get to the top of the stairs you will find a HE Washer/Dryer located behind the double doors which which is conveniently near the bedrooms for longer stays. On the south end of the home is the master bedroom with a king size bed, a spacious walk in closet, and a en-suite full bathroom w/a walk in shower. Another balcony is located off the master bedroom providing a private outdoor space to enjoy sunrise in the morning or to enjoy a nightcap before going to bed. On the north end of the home is another great size bedroom with a king size bed, a walk in closet and another en-suite full bathroom with a soaking tub/shower combination.
