"The property is right in the beach, the property is beautiful! Managers are amazing Josh was so kind. Front desk staff were kind. Bartenders were kinda rude and not attentive. Both in the building and by the pool. Food was 2/10 breakfast was alright wouldn’t pay for it again. We had a rude waitress as well. The smoke alarms went off in the towers for 2/12 hours we ended our stay early."

"I was a little disappointed in my stay. I see this nice quiet looking resort online. Appears as though all rooms will have a view of some sort. Instead I ended up with a barely clean room with no balcony or patio access. My room window was positioned on a hallway type of walkway outside and showed my whole room all the way to the bathroom when opened. Super awkward and unusable in high traffic area. The worst part was I had maintenance workers and maids outside by surrounding rooms every day at...
