Two separate living rooms give guests room to spread out, whether it`s movie night for the kids or quiet time for the adults.

Step through the screened sunroom straight onto a private, fenced pool deck with a full-size in-ground pool, loungers, and a charming blue poolside cabin with French doors — a shaded lounging nook separate from the main house. No shared pool, no HOA foot traffic.
LOCATION
Just 6 minutes from the sugar-white sand of Okaloosa Island Beach, and 5-6 minutes from Uptown Station`s shops and restaurants. Only a 10-12 minute drive to Hurlburt Field — ideal for military families on PCS orders, TDY stays, or visiting relatives on base. Gulfarium Marine Adventure Park is under 10 minutes away, and the Air Force Armament Museum at Eglin AFB is about 15 minutes away.
GUEST ACCESS
Entire home, private pool, private driveway parking, in-unit laundry with two separate washer/dryer sets. (We don`t provide wash cloths. Bring your own wash cloths).

· Early check-in / late checkout: up to 2 hours free with advance notice, subject to availability. Additional time: $50/hour.
· Groups beyond 9: contact us before booking — often approved at no extra charge. Unapproved extra guests: $25/person/night.
· Minimum booking age: 21 years old.
· Rental agreement and photo ID required before check-in.
· Self check-in via keypad — no need to coordinate arrival times.
