"The hotel was nice and clean with service minded staff, but the breakfast was in a restaurant attached to the hotel and we received a 20 dollar voucher to use for the breakfast (for two persons). We saved so much on breakfast that we left the table half-starved. The price was over 20 dollars, but the hotel did not demand payment for the excess amount. I don't think you can say that breakfast is included when it is not fully included."
