Very clean. I only found one bit of dust under the lamp LOL. The staff were very welcoming and friendly, the pool area was large and welcoming. My only complaint was that the air fresheners were overwhelming; they were every where (even elevator) . I have a lung disease so I am sensitive but even my husband found them to be very overpowering. We would definitely go back!

The total was great. The staff were amazing! Dinner and drinks were amazing! The location was a little weird. Dining options around the hotel were scarce. We came back to the hotel for dinner. I would recommend offering more seafood options in the restaurant.

I never write reviews and I have stayed here before but this time they failed first of all they give us a room that had old sheets we asked to change and they look at us like we was crazy second the phone was broken third this room was attached to a second room and we was able to hear the person in the next room till like 2am and last the hot water takes about 15-20 min to get hot smh I felt like I was in a third world country.

This is a lovely hotel. The lobby is modern and easy to access - pool, restaurant and snacks are on the first level and all were clean and enjoyable. The atmosphere is more lively in the evening and the lobby area is spacious and inviting. I liked the room layout, including the sitting area and giant window overlooking the lot and city. The maid service and staff were kind and quick to meet requests. My only negative was the slightly increased cost - although well worth it - and the phone in my room didn't work so I could not get room service. An easy fix, I'm sure. Thank you for a wonderful stay - very close to interstate and easy access to Davie and nearby shopping.

I booked online with Expedia, hotel was clean and very convenient location for me. My only issue was that online with Expedia, it said “free parking”. When I checked in, I was charged $12 per night. I spoke with Expedia who called the hotel and sorted it out. I was credited the parking charge.

Property is old and dated including rooms. Poor sound insulation, water pressure, water heating and Air-conditioning.

Lovely hotel, with modern vibe. Very clean. Only complaint is that some of the in-suite appliances weren't the best - the keurig leaked, for instance.

I stayed at this hotel for one night. I booked through Expedia and paid Expedia. When I got to the hotel for check-in, they asked for my card. I'm thinking it's for a security deposit. They charged me again for the stay; before I left the hotel, I brought the situation to their attention, and they told me that Expedia had to refund me. I contacted Expedia on 4 different occasions, and each time, they told me that the hotel refused to refund me. So the hotel took the money Expedia sent them on my behalf and also charged me for the stay. I contacted the hotel, and they said they would get back to me, but I have not heard anything. I'm disappointed and wish I had taken my money elsewhere.

Great location and staff was pleasant. Decorations are beautifully done but place isn’t as clean when you look closely. Had an okay stay until the morning of check out we noticed a bed bug crawling around in the bed 😭

The hotel is perfect, very clean and well taken care of. My flight was delayed three times so I called the hotel six hours before my arrival and told them that I would have a late check in. They said there was no issue and noted my room. When I arrived to the hotel at 1 AM with my family they told me my room was unavailable due to a smell, and they were sold out for the evening. The gentleman that helped me absolutely no assistance. Unacceptable. And he either needed to find me another room or put me up at another Renaissance in Fort Lauderdale. Miraculously, he found a room for me. This was completely unacceptable service. Other than this snafu, the rest of my trip was great, and we enjoyed the amenities such as the pool, restaurant, and gym.
