"Stayed for 3 nights in early June. Alan was there to welcome us and tell us everything about the property and the area. He and Laura are amazing hosts! Extremely knowledgeable and generous with that knowledge. The accommodations were clean, comfortable, and spacious. Serene and quiet but just a short drive to downtown Inverness. Can’t recommend Glasphein Annex enough. If you’re thinking about coming to this part of Scotland, there’s no better place to stay!"

"RENTER BEWARE! I stayed at this property May of 2024. The Host lists his properties on multiple sites so he will often double book. He double booked and asked to switch me to one of his other properties which I agreed to. Once I arrived it was clear it hadn’t been cleaned since the previous guests. Towels on the floor, dirty linens, food spoiling, trash about. I contacted him and he didn’t respond, I had to spend an entire night of my trip shopping for fresh linens and laundering the towels,...

"I stayed here for a 2 day conference in Boat of Garten and was within a 5 minute walk of the venue. Great comms from the hosts and place was perfectly presented and very comfortable; you might want to place another comment book in there as the existing one is full although it was fun reading through people's thoughts and and suggestions and you have clearly followed up on these. "The first 3 nights we were there the bed frame wasn’t stable and wooden slats either broke or fell out. The toilet wouldn’t always flush. I had to take the tank lid off and push down on the blue ball so the tank would fill with water. Then we were able to flush. Rental agency claimed toilet flushed ok when they supposedly fixed bed slats. Living room loveseats very uncomfortable. One has no cushion and you feel the wooden slats only. "
