"We had a wonderful overnight stay. The house was spotless and had everything we could need, including spices, coffee, creamer and even wine! It was a lovely cozy space in the trees, well stocked with games which we enjoyed! Everything you could want/need for a getaway. Host was very responsive when I had a question. "

"Very comfortable home. Feels new. Loved the large great room. Enjoyed fireplace and sitting outside in back. Upscale shower, gas stove. Super quiet neighborhood, easy to get to beach or just cruise around through Russian river area. Probably due for a kitchen equipment replenish, not quite enough dishes for our group. "We had a wonderful stay. The house was filled with nice little touches like charging cords by the bed, an easy to use grill, and any kitchen gadget needed. The house was clean and comfortable. The host answered any questions in a timely manner. I would highly recommend it!"

"One of our favorite vacation rental properties to date! Glenn was friendly with great communication. The home itself was perfect for our family and the attention to detail really made for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Clean, cozy, well-furnished, and thoughtfully appointed, we had everything we needed! (Even the puzzle we forgot to bring was there on the ottoman should we desire.) We would happily return and hope to do so before too long! "

"It was very inviting for sure. The super friendly cat was too cute. We could see the neighbor outside, so assuming they can also see. We cleaned the grill to use it. Lights and heat seem to be on a timer/preset. Big tv. Lots of amenities was nice. Its also super close to a grocery store, town, and redwood trails."
