We are both over 60 and have no issues with steps. So the steps to the loft were not an issue. The place was clean.The owner was responsive with our questions. Convenient to the Max."

"We rented this house for an event in St.Paul over the weekend- 2 adults and 2 teen boys. The house was perfect - rooms were good size, beds super cozy, home was decorated beautifully and clean. The location was perfect - close to lots of restaurants and only a few miles from St. Paul. Alex was very responsive and the check-in process was smooth. Darby House is a great spot and we will definitely rent again if we are in the area!"

It is just a basement unit, and the listing does not mention there are people above you in the house. During my stay, there was a lot of stomping around and dogs barking upstairs, which I would have not had expected if I had the entire home. "Perfect location in downtown Beaverton. You can walk everywhere from this house. Yard was nice, the house was comfortable, especially the bed. I didn't cook while there but the kitchen seemed well stocked. I would stay here again for sure."
