"Great host! Ryan was super attentive to all our needs. House is lovely, safe neighborhood. We saw a bear, and some deer. Lots of things closed due to hurricane damage. No lake, no beach, no water park. Our granddaughters were pretty bored. Hope to return when everything is open again."

"With the lake not yet active after the storm I was concerned if the younger adults would be bored or not have a great time. We all had a blast. That game table is a hit! Good for. A few minutes entertainment or several hours depending on what you want to play. Very comfortable beds. Very beautiful place. Easy to use tbs and kitchen ware. Enough technology to impress. But not ultra technical gadgets to complicated to use. We had an awesome time! Will stay again if available. Quiet neighborhood...

"Great host with great communication of check in and check out instructions. Cabin is in a very scenic mountain location. Cabin is in great condition and all amenities are as advertised. Everything you need for a great mountain vacation. The location is great. Short drive to Lake Lure and Chimney Rock. One hour to Ashville and 1 1/2 hours to Charlotte. Loca area is recovering from hurricane Helen nicely. We had a great stay. Everything exceed my expectations."

"Absolutely loved this property! We chose this home at Rumbling Bald to accommodate family for our son’s wedding which was onsite. We had 10 adults, an infant, and a dog. The space was perfect. The bottom level was its own private space which was perfect for the family members with the baby. The main level bedroom fit our needs so our elderly parents did not have to climb stairs and the upstairs bedrooms were spacious enough for the rest of the crew.
