The Simiane residence is a quiet, 3-story building located at the top of the La Toussuire resort, 500 meters from the center and the first ski lifts. Overlooking La Toussuire, the view is breathtaking; snow chains are recommended in case of heavy snowfall. Free parking is available at the rear of the residence. The nearest shops are 200 meters away, restaurants and bars are 400 meters away, the ESF ski school is 600 meters away, and the bus stop is 350 meters away. A chairlift is 200 meters away, and the ski slopes are 50 meters behind the residence, allowing for ski-in/ski-out access. The free ski bus stop is 150 meters away.
