You will also be conveniently located for easy day and evening trips to the charming nearby village of Fontana-On-Geneva-Lake, a popular destination for tourists and locals alike with its boutique shopping, numerous eateries, and outdoor recreation experiences. What’s more, you won’t have to worry about what to do with your furry friends while away, as they can come along and enjoy your vacation with you! No matter how you choose to fill your exciting days, when you’re ready to relax and recharge, Summerset at Abbey Springs’ spacious and comfortable interior will be ready to welcome you home.

The fresh and modern interior features furnishings that are stylish as well as comfortable, accented by sophisticated décor. Curl up in the living room on the plush sofa and armchair seating as you stream your favorite shows on the smart TV. The crackling fireplace will keep you toasty in the cooler months, setting the scene for a cozy movie night. The stylish dining room table with bench seating can seat 6 for formal meals or for playing one of the many board games you’ll find about the home, while the kitchen counter offers a more casual seat for a quick breakfast or afternoon appetizers. The kitchen itself features all-white appliances against dramatic dark cabinetry, fully stocked with cookware and dining ware for the convenience of preparing meals right at home.

This home comfortably sleeps 8 guests across 2 private bedrooms:
• Bedroom 1 (Main Level): 2 queen size beds, patio access, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and walk-in shower
• Bedroom 2 (Main Level): Queen bed
• Bedroom 3 (Main Level): 2 Twin-over-Twin bunk beds, a smart TV, and patio access

Guest Access:
You will have private access to the entire home, including a washer and dryer for your convenience. Your reservation also includes guest passes for the exclusive Abbey Springs community amenities, which include:
• Indoor and outdoor swimming pools
• Hot tub
• Private lakefront beach
• Fitness center
• Har-Tru tennis courts
• Arcade
• On-site restaurants

Upon arrival, please check in at the community security checkpoint to receive your access cards and parking pass. No more than 8 guests will be allowed onto the grounds.

The Neighborhood:
Abbey Springs is a unique beach, boat, and golf community on the southwestern shores of Geneva Lake. It offers an exclusive private club experience, centered around a golf course with a 4.5-star rating from Golf Digest Magazine. The lake views are breathtaking and offer a spectacular backdrop for your vacation.

The family atmosphere and social events separate Abbey Springs from any other community in the area. The golf and tennis professionals are among the best in Lake Geneva, offering high-level junior lessons as well as adult leagues and events.

Getting Around:
• A golf cart is available for your use within the Abbey Springs community (approximately May-September). The golf cart requires a signed agreement before the key is provided.
• Driveway parking is available for up to 3 vehicles.
• The clubhouse and other amenities are just a short drive from the condo.

Other Things to Note:
• Permit: Village of Fontana Short Term Rental Permit #STR21-00024
• Age Requirement: The minimum age to book is 25, and the individual making the reservation must be physically staying at the property for the entire duration of the reservation.
• Check-in/Out: Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability. If approved, the first hour is complimentary, and additional hours are $30 each.
• Pets: We are happy to welcome a max of 2 of your fur babies, as this home is pet-friendly.
• Community Amenities: The Abbey Springs community provides the pools, hot tub, sport courts, and other shared amenities. While they are generally available year-round (with outdoor facilities being seasonal), their availability is at the discretion of the community. The host is not responsible for the unexpected closure of any community-provided amenities.
