"We had a wonderful stay at the Cozy Lake House. The home was clean, well cared for, and thoughtfully decorated for the holidays, which made it feel especially welcoming. Communication with Steve was excellent from start to finish. The house was quiet and peaceful, with a beautiful lake view that we really enjoyed. Everything was as described, and the space was comfortable and relaxing. We would happily stay here again."

"We really enjoyed our Christmas at this house & would rent it again. The house was located on a main road, with a short driving distance to both downtown Lake Geneva and larger stores like Target & Piggly Wiggly (grocery store). The place slept 10, but we only had 5 people, so there was plenty of room for all of us. The kitchen had all we needed to make & serve our meals. He also allowed us to check in a little earlier as the weather was bad.We lived at the property for 1 night - 5 adults and 6 kids.
