This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 1 private bedroom and a loft.
The bedroom includes a queen size bed and deck access.
The loft includes 2 twin-over-twin bunk beds and a workspace with desk and chair.
The home’s full guest bathroom includes a dual vanity and shower/tub combo.
THINGS TO NOTE:
• Washer and dryer in home.
• Lot parking available for 2 vehicles on a first come, first served basis with additional parking in the overflow lot by the clubhouse as needed.
• Upon entering the neighborhood, guests will need to check in at the security checkpoint where they will issue access cards and parking pass(es). No more than 6 guests will be allowed onto the grounds of the community. Guest passes for community amenities are included in the nightly rate.
• There is not a golf cart included with this home & Abbey Springs does not permit rental golf carts in the neighborhood.
• The Abbey Springs community provides the indoor and outdoor pools, hot tub, sport courts, arcade, fitness center, beach, lakefront park, and restaurants. We generally expect them to be open and available year-round (besides the outdoor amenities being available seasonally), but their availability is at the discretion of the community. As such, host is not responsible for the lack of availability of any community-provided amenities.

• The minimum age to book our properties is 25, and the individual making the reservation must be one of the guests physically staying at the property for the entire duration of the reservation.
