"Beautiful villa secluded from the closest town so that it felt private but close enough to the beautiful villages of Umbria. We were a group of 14 and it felt spacious. Unfortunately we had a lot of rain but we cosied up in the fireplace and still had dinner outside under the covered outside eating area. You could call up the related resort on the landline at anytime if you were missing anything and they were very helpful. I also used the concierge service to have wine delivered to the villa and...

"We had an absolutely amazing stay at this beautiful holiday home in Italy! The house was spotless, tastefully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. "Villa Patty is a comfortable and clean villa with everything you need. We particularly enjoyed the jacuzzi. The owners, who live next door, were always at hand and responded to questions very quickly. The villa has a couple of restaurants nearby. We particularly enjoyed Il Girasole where we had dinnerevery day (closed on Mondays). "Wir haben eine wunderschöne Woche in dem Haus am Hang verbracht und sind von den Vermietern liebevoll aufgenommen und umsorgt worden. Diese bewohnen die obere Etage, sind aber defacto "unsichtbar" und dennoch stets erreichbar, um behilflich zu sein, bsw. Restaurant-Reservierungen. Der vermietete Teil des Hauses - drei SZ, drei Bäder sowie reichlich weitere Räume, bietet Platz im Übermaß, den man aber eigentlich kaum nutzt, etwa den ca. 50 qm großen Speisesaal mit sechs Meter Tisch.
