"Don't rush on cleaning the rooms e sa hair on the bathroom door. The pool closed an hour before the time stated on the receipt print out."

"Overall it was ok. The rooms were not in the best shape but it smelled like straight bleach when you walked in the room. Flooring was missing in the bathroom, coming up in the closet area and had some damage in the living area. Receptacles didn’t work and the shower had a lot of stains. Overall it was a quiet night and not that bad of a hotel. Breakfast was good."

"The room was tiny but clean. The property could use better maintenance & some updating. The chairs & bed weren't very comfy , the fridge didn't work well at all. The staff was the highlight of our stay. The housekeeper was so friendly & efficient. I even heard her singing while working, amazing voice. The gentleman at the front desk was great & friendly as well. I was very pleased that it was so quiet at night for this area & we felt safe as well. I did like that their pool was handicap...

"The hotel was clean. Nothing fancy but had everything I needed for the night. It had a small refrigerator for food/drinks."

"Det ringeste hotel jeg nogensinde har boet på. Gulvtæppet var vådt af kondensvand ligesom vinduerne var våde indvendig af kondens nor man vågnede om morgenen.Hotellet er uegnet til menneske bolig og er vildt "overpriced ". Tør ikke tænke på hvad der kunne ske for en allergiker da værelserne må være spækket med skimmelsvamp . Så har i livet kært, bliv væk."

"Room 432's TV failed ADA law is hard time to option clicking on Closed Caption. Needs updated. I do not use tv all this week because I was so frustration. No interesting in call you come to fix this tv waste my time. Room 432's LG remote removed. Only for cable remote cant adjust to option close caption. Cable remote needs updated to have cc included there to make easier for everyone. Allover Casa Loma Inn is great location. Room bathroom is too small and needs updated model. Thank you!!!"
