You will not need your car until you leave. Definitely bring or rent bikes. And make sure to get out and hike in the national forrest that surrounds seaside. "This was our first time in Rosemary Beach and we fell in love with the town and friendly community. This adorable carriage house apartment was perfect for my husband and me. The king bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was just big enough and had everything we needed. We loved using the bikes provided to ride around and explore. Everything was just as described. We will be back next year!"

"We were looking for a rental that would allow us to have a Private Beach experience. We were very impressed with the simplicity and cleanliness of the room. The room had the basics needed for meals, and a coffee pot with complimentary coffee. The property is close to restaurants that we frequent when we visit the area. We took evening strolls prior to the sunset it’s about a 20 minute beach walk to the beach area near the famous Pensacola tower.In fact one of our beach days was at that area...

"We had a wonderful five night stay at this property. Cheryl was prompt to answer any questions before arrival and during our time there. The location is AMAZING (within walking distance to everything you could need). The place was very clean and having a washer & dryer for our stay was useful. I loved how this house came with everything needed for a beach day including: wagon, chairs, towel, umbrella and a cooler. Would recommend for a couples getaway."

"The condo is nice with a good view. Unfortunately one of the elevators was being worked on when we arrived which left 1 elevator to use resulting in longer waits. A storm came through and knocked the power out leaving us with no elevator and having to walk up 7 flights to get to our room. Overall we had a great experience."

"Loved the beach access, very quiet area. I’ll probably get a bigger option next time but definitely recommend this place for stays. It does have a washer and dry but not in the unit its shared. Only thing i didnt like was the way the room smelt not sure if it was the cleaning supplies that they use or if thats just the way it smells. Maybe adding air fresheners would help. "

"My husband and I stayed here for our 15th anniversary trip and had a fantastic time. The unit was perfectly located between Rosemary and Alys beaches and we walked pretty much everywhere! The building was quiet and the unit was clean and had everything we needed. The check in and check out process was seamless and we had no issues during our stay. The beach access is a short walk and being able to rent bikes right in front of the building was awesome. I highly recommend this unit for your visit...

"Check in process went smooth but, did not realize until we got to our room that it was not the room I had booked. Asked for king size bed and ended up having a room with 2 double beds. This was not told to us at check-in. Also, note not all rooms have balconies. So will make sure next time we have a balcony as well. We called customer service and said someone would be in touch. "We had 4 generations (ages 1- 68) stay at the house. 16 people in total. We had the best time. The location is perfect. Being right on the beach with 6 kids under 8 was perfect. The photos don't do the home justice. We felt it was even more beautiful in person. There was room for everyone to be together and plenty of room for everyone when you wanted a little quiet time. The pool was heated perfectly. Everyone loved swimming, even after the sun went down. We're already planning next years stay."
