"We stayed here over Christmas while visiting family in the area. The unit was dirty upon arrival. The floors and hard surfaced had not been cleaned. Some dishes were put away dirty. The dishwasher had black mold inside and would not be useful in cleaning dishes. We brought this to the property managers attention and they offered to bring a crew in on Christmas Eve to clean but we would of had to pack up our belongings and then unpack again once cleaned. "The host thought of amenities that you might need. This was a wonderful place to stay. The private sitting area was nice to sit and enjoy the outdoors. It is a quite neighborhood. It was the perfect location to be able to walk to the Pensacola Bay Center for the concert and hockey game. We highly recommend this suite!"
