"Be careful when you order here, most of the good offers are not rooms with direct access to the beach and the pool area. A big part of the resort is located on the opposite side of the street. We upgraded to beach view and it was worth the extra spend. A good stay, but also one of the more costly ones."

"The studio condo we stayed in was basically a king room with a kitchen sink. The facility was safe and secure- but we weren't given an entry code to one of the doors. Luckily, customer service hotline was able to help, but it was exasperating. I was devastated on arrival to realize that there WAS NO PRIVATE BALCONY for this room as advertised, and sitting on the balcony and feeling sea breezes was what I was looking forward to the most. Mattress was extremely soft. Location is very convenient...
