La nostra "area relax" (idromassaggio e sauna ad infrarossi) è perfettamente funzionante ed è sempre disponibile per i nostri clienti. L'ultilizzo è incluso nella tariffa ed è su richiesta da parte dei clienti. Nella fascia oraria riservata i clienti avranno l'accesso esclusivo, è sufficiente effettuare la prenotazione alla reception ogni mattina per lo stesso pomeriggio. Ci dispiace che abbia pensato che non fosse in funzione o che non abbia ricevuto le informazioni corrette al suo arrivo. Dear guest, thank you for your review. We are very happy that you loved the property, this is very important for us. Unfortuantely during those days the weather was not so good, it rained continuously, so it was hard for our gardner to keep the pool in perfect condition. Now the weather is very good, the sun shines and the pool is perfect. The additional night was Saturday and it was our last room available so we could not apply the promotional rate of the previous nights, anyway at the end we agreed to offer a good discount and the rate was almost similar. We always do our best to let our guests spend a best time and we always have good feed back.
