Comfy and spacious apartment , a wide hall leads you to the bright    living room, with a comfy sofa and a big cupboard and connected to the kitchen room.  The apartment can welcome 6 guests with the three double rooms and two bathrooms with shower.  Each room is equipped with    a study-working desk.  There is a well organized closet and a washing machine, air conditioning.  The apartment is at the second floor, no lift.  The location of the apartment is strategic to visit the city of Florence, few minutes walking from Santa Croce Square, S . Ambrogio's Market (daily for food and no food)    and the Area Le Murate, 5 minutes walking from the walking along the river Arno in Lungarno della Zecca Vecchia.  The neighborhood is full of typical local restaurants, cafeterias and bar, delicious bakeries and supermarket.  

Service limitation: The temperature values ​​allowed in our apartment are 19°C (+ 2°C tolerance) up to a maximum of 21° C. Based on Decree no. 383 of 6/10/2022 of the Ministry of Ecological Transition, for the winter season, the period of switching on the systems for the Municipality of Florence is allowed from 8 November to 7 April, for a maximum of 11 hours per day.
Pay attention to your house keys. In case of loss or non-delivery of the keys, a cost of 50 Euros will be charged for replacing the lock for security reasons.
For urgent interventions caused by the guest outside office hours (from 10pm to 8am) a payment of EUR100 will be required.

Arrival between 00:00 and 02:00 is subject to 100 late arrival fee.
Arrival between 20:00 and 22:00 is subject to 50 late arrival fee.
Arrival between 22:00 and 00:00 is subject to 80 late arrival fee.
