En medium vurdering
Servicen god, vi fik ikke det værelse vi havde betalt for og ingen refusion, men det til trods var personalet venlige og imødekommende. Rengøringen kunne sagtens have været bedre. Morgenmadens service var tilfredsstillende. Fin beliggenhed i forhold til at se byen.

Som at bo i en skotøjs-æske
Selvom personalet er søde og det er tæt på centrum, så er værelserne urimelig små til prisen - også selvom jeg fik den såkaldte rabatpris. Det er simpelthen for dårlig kvalitet til prisen. Og så virkede internettet heller ikke.

Embassy, Firenze - Godt hotel i roligt kvarter
Fint, moderne hotel med venlig betjening i et lidt kedeligt, men forbavsende roligt kvarter nær stationen. Dejligt, rent airconditioneret værelse med flot badeværelse. Meget velassorteret morgenbuffet.

The Embassy Hotel was great! The location is fantastic and the facilities were well worth the price! However what was truly great was the staff- at the front desk Sophia and Martina were not only helpful but added humour and a touch of class that made our stay great. Also the breakfasts were great but again the service in the beautiful dinning room was outstanding. Nikla ( not sure of the spelling) and the other staff in the dinning room were prompt, efficient and ensured a great experience! We wouldn’t hesitate to stay at the Embassy again!

Great location. Walkable to train station and main attractions such as Santa Maria Novella. Hotel is clean and renovated. Our room , both bedroom & bathroom were spacious, neat & clean. Some minor flaws like can’t control the AC temperature. It doesn’t cool enough to my preference but manageable. Tat goes for the water temperature, it fluctuates ; from hot to cold then cold to hot without touching. Again these minor things. Breakfast was good. It has some hot meal breakfast & plenty of bread and fruits to choose from. Overall our 3 nights stay was wonderful. I will come back. I recommend

Mi hanno fatto alloggiare in una struttura adiacente all'hotel, che poi ho scoperto essere difronte alla stazione. Il treno si sentiva...come anche alcuni ospiti arrivati nella notte. Bollitore con presa shuko, ma senza adattatore quindi inutilizzabile. La cosa peggiore però è stata la mancanza di acqua calda X fare la doccia: solo tiepida, sia la sera tardi che al mattino.

La posizione è comunque vicino alla stazione, purtroppo si può fare poco per cambiarla.Ci spiace per il bollitore, probabilmente il precedente cliente ha fatto il furbo portandoselo via, ma poteva tranquillamente chiederlo alla reception dato che ne abbiamo di scorta.Per l'acqua poco calda ci scusiamo, se prontamente segnalato al front office avremmo potuto controllare ed ovviare al problema.Nell'aspettarla di nuovo a Firenze, la salutiamo cordialmente

Location is close to train and tram to airport. The steet is a little dark and the noise from trains could be heard. Overall great little hotel

Ottima struttura.
Struttura molto bella e posizionata di fronte al molo del Ferry che consente di raggiungere Manhattan in pochi minuti, ove si può prendere una navetta gratuita che ti porta direttamente in centro (ma si può arrivare tranquillamente anche a piedi). Ha una vista parziale sulla città tra le migliori. Il servizio e pulizia sono impeccabili. La colazione non all'altezza, purtroppo.

The room was beautiful. It had three large windows that opened to beautiful views of Florence. The breakfast and staff that attended it were exceptional. Desk staff were extremely polite and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Great Central Florence hotel
Just a few minutes from the train station this small but friendly hotel offers good clean accommodation, friendly staff and a good breakfast. Pity there was no bar but there was one next door

La habitación bastante bien en cuanto a tamaño y comodidad. Sólo un par de detalles: el baño tenía muy poca luz, y la ducha de mando no funcionaba correctamente. Esto no impidió que nos ducháramos, puesto que había otra de efecto lluvia. El aire acondicionado no puede regularse bien, y hacía mucho frío. No podíamos subir la temperatura a más de 22 grados. Por otro lado, aunque lo hubiéramos apagado, en cuanto quitábamos la tarjeta se activaba el aire, con el consecuente malgasto energético que esto supone, aparte de enfriar la habitación en exceso. La habitación muy limpia y las camareras de piso muy agradables. El personal, en general, muy amable, exceptuando quien nos recibió la tarde en que nos fuimos. No nos dio el equipaje que tan amablemente había guardado su compañera en la mañana, sino que nos indicó dónde podíamos recogerlo, una habitación con pertenencias de otros viajeros. Podríamos haber sido cualquiera y llevarnos cosas que no fueran nuestras. En el trato nos pareció un poco maleducado, ya que ni levantó la vista para saludar o despedirse cuando partimos… En general estuvimos muy a gusto en el hotel. Está muy bien situado, junto a la estación. Eso sí, por la noche el ambiente en la zona no es muy bueno, pero no tuvimos ningún problema.

Not so city center. Felt a bit isolated. Staff was great, very helpful. Our AC did break on 3rd day with no rush to assist. A bit to close to train station felt a bit unsafe. But hotel itself if very nice. room spacious. Bathrooms could use an update.

We were in an accessible room, wich was large and first floor. The AC was less than adequate until recptionost,Marina, gave us an oscillating fan. The shower was strange: while it was step in the flimsy doors didnt stay closed and water would be all over the floor untill it drained. We used alot of towels to soak the water and minimize slipping The hotel was will located, breakfast was adequate, and the women receptionosts were absolutely fantastic

The rooms were very clean on the positive side. When we arrived in our room, there was a towel under the air conditioning unit so we figured there was small minor dripping. When we woke up the in the morning there was a small lake that had leaked out of the air unit. My daughter had her suitcase in the area and fortunately hers was a hard cover or everything would have been soaked. Front desk said it would be fixed that day but when we returned, it was not. The staff reluctantly moved us to another room. The air conditioning barely worked in this room. We were told it was turned down to the lowest setting but it was so hot in the room, we couldn't sleep. We ended up going and buying fans so we could tolerate the heat. The water in the shower was crazy. No matter the temperature you had the water at, it would go scalding hot and then freezing cold. The staff was not very helpful and seemed put out when asked to help. We also paid for parking for our last night which we confirmed with the front desk. When we returned with the car, the woman who confirmed our spot, had given it away to another guest. The lot is extremely small and they literally had us pull into the bushes. We were there for almost a week and the air conditioning started working on the last day we were there. I would not recommend staying here. Staff did the bare minimum and tried to not make eye contact when coming into the lobby. Location is ok but not ideal.

This hotel was super average. Good price, but on the very low end of the spectrum for 4 star hotels… it’s on the outskirts of city center but close to one of the tram stops. We loved the patio and the spacious room. Breakfast is eh, wouldn’t pay for it.
