"We recently spent a couple nights at the Townplace suites in Niagara Falls. A beautiful clean suite. So nice to have the regular size fridge, sink, stove top, dishes etc… It was a very comfortable stay. Every staff member we encountered was so pleasant. They always took the time to say hello with a smile. The front desk staff were amazing. So pleasant and helpful. A special shout-out to Alexander P. of the front desk. "This is a brand new hotel. Our room had a small but clean and well equipt kitchenette. The beds were very comfortable and the hotel was quiet so we slept well. The staff were very nice and really wanted to help any way they could. The free breakfast buffet was a nice surprise because they had some hot dishes like eggs, sausage, and waffles, not only continental style. "Upgraded to a room with a kitchen, however a bit useless as it’s completely empty. Not a singe cup, cutlery etc.
Even if it’s mentioned on your site, paying 20$ for parking is simply not fair. It should be free for hotel guests.
Finally it’s very disappointing to see the invoice where there has been charged 4 different prices for the 4 days. Two of the way over what’s shown in the hotels.com app.
