"We recently spent a couple nights at the Townplace suites in Niagara Falls. A beautiful clean suite. So nice to have the regular size fridge, sink, stove top, dishes etc… It was a very comfortable stay. Every staff member we encountered was so pleasant. They always took the time to say hello with a smile. The front desk staff were amazing. So pleasant and helpful. A special shout-out to Alexander P. of the front desk. He always had a greeting and a smile on his face. Alexander was so helpful...

Even if it’s mentioned on your site, paying 20$ for parking is simply not fair. It should be free for hotel guests.
Finally it’s very disappointing to see the invoice where there has been charged 4 different prices for the 4 days. Two of the way over what’s shown in the hotels.com app.
