"Good staff and very clean rooms."

"I've stayed there on two occasions in the last month, I've been a member for years. Both times I have been called at 11am asking when I will be checking out even though I requested late check out the night before. I specifically asked the front desk staff if my name was written down as late check out even though I saw the night person put it in the book and still the am person said that it wasn't there."

"Great place to stay compared to other places in Anchorage"

"Bookede et rum med King bed og sofaseng til 4 personer. Sofaen var på ingen måde tilstrækkelig til 2 personer, den var så slidt så man mærkede hver fjeder. Håndklæde var der kun til 3 personer på trods de vidste vi var 4. Vi fik da et sæt mere ved henvendelse, men dagen manglede der igen 1 sæt. Et ok hotel med nogenlunde morgenmad men at sælge dette rum til 4 voksne mennesker er til grin! "

"Arrived at hotel at 4pm after full day of travel from Seward. 3pm check in but room not ready. Room finally ready at 5pm. Manager said she would give $200 credit. Never received the credit. Room was dirty with worn and frayed carpet. Breakfast buffet was one of the most sparse I’ve ever seen. Coffee was good. Considering I paid $600/night it was extremely disappointing."

"Excellent amenities for an amazing price"

"Gammelt og slidt hotel. Værelset lugtede men har store. Havde venner i værelset ved siden af med mug på væggen ved AC enheden."

"Nice hotel, close to airport."

"Loved the hosts, very nice people and the property was very quiet. Breakfast was made to order and delicious. Even though the room was a bit dated it was very clean and comfortable."

"Great place to stay when visiting Anchorage by car. Big suite room with nice facilities "

"Very friendly staff. Room service and the laundry facility was very helpful."

"Horrible horrible place. The Inn is in short seperated by a Main building and a 2nd motel look alike. The 2nd building is in absolute horrible conditions, moldy, dirty, and broken Down rooms. The main building not much better, with multiple large water damages to the rooms floors. We where First given a room within the 2nd building, we made the inn aware of the room condition, and wanted to upgrade. We agreed in a Price of 168 extra dollars for two nights, payed the amount and went to get...
