"The staff was very helpful, rooms were clean. They helped me find my key back and super supportive in everything. The only thing I don't like is about the elevator, which might be inconvenient for walking all the way down, especially for people with walking issues. But, overall, the place was very nice and amazing."

Room was clean and comfortable. I left something on premises and when I reached out they went out of their way to find it and ship it back to me. Very close to Alaska Railroad for train ride to cruises. Perfect for our purposes! Highly recommend!"

Room was spacious, clean and quiet, especially for proximity to the airport and the float plane base. Free airport shuttle is a huge benefit. Food and service at Pipers was also excellent. "I was looking for a no frills place to sleep before traveling early the next day. The place is as advertised. Shared bathrooms but not a big deal. It’s all well kept and clean. Staff is excellent and super friendly. The area of town is a bit sketchy but the property is very secure. The manager turned out to be someone I knew from my USCG days in AK so that was a nice surprise. Would stay there again and recommend it! "

"This was a great property, clean, cutely decorated with a love of dogs apparent and appreciated. Kids appreciated the snacks and it was a great landing space after long days of soccer tournament. Great location, easy restaurant, grocery and park to tournament easily accessible.Quieter than we expected for the location. I would say my son noticed with the wear and tear of the front door building access that it's obvious what pin is so maybe consider changing that. Thanks for a great stay! "
