"Modern, comfortable, and well-designed. Exceeded expectations. Took advantage of pickleball, basketball, playground, deck, firepits, slides, and pool/hot tub. Loved the entryway hooks and cubbies for towels, jackets, purses, shoes, etc. Amazing view. Explored the community on our ebike. Checked out the private beach access but it was not suitable for our group due to being a muddy marsh with no sand."

"We Really and Is the large spacious room. Everything we needed was there. There were plenty of towels and toilet paper. Are stay went very well and we just had a great time."

"Overall we loved our stay at this home. Perfect size for our family of 18. Each family had their own bathroom. Beds for everyone, no one had to sleep on the floor. Kitchen was fully stocked with all the cooking items we needed. We chose to use paper products for meals but there were plenty of dishes if we had needed them. The home was well stocked with soaps, detergents, garbage sacks, etc. Washer/dryer worked well. Loved using the kayak and lifejackets at the lake. That was the grandkids favorite activity! Best part of the home was the game room. Our grandkids were in heaven and spent a lot of time in the foam pit! Grandkids also loved the toy room upstairs. Tami was an amazing host and answered our questions quickly. We will definitely keep this home on our list of places to stay for future adventures at Bear Lake."

"This property exceeded our expectations in every way. Besides being beautiful and luxurious, the heated pool, the slide, the Jacuzzi along with outdoor tables & seating gave us breathtaking views of the lake. The kitchen was large, functional and equipped with everything you would possibly need. The sleeping arrangements were fantastic. Loved the layout of the whole house. The bunk rooms for the children created memories to last for a lifetime. The adult rooms Had king size beds That were amazingly so comfortable. Forgot to mention the indoor basketball court and the game room. I could go on and on But no words can really describe how grateful we are to have had this experience."
