She held the luggage until the room was ready and held it for the day until we picked it up so did not have to drag it around. It is a 12 minute easy walk from the Firenze SMN train station. "They were super accomodative with everything including sending someone to check me in early when I arrived in the morning and was expecting to have to wait. I can tell my room was newly remodeled as everything was new such as the bathroom, ac, mini-fridge, and bed. Definitely a great place to stay if you're traveling early from SMN as it's a 10-minute straight shot walk."
