"Absolutely awful place unfortunately with really bad service. Almost everything was closed. The spa, restaurant etc. We booked this hotel for one night stay with our teenagers age 17 and 18.
They were not allowed to go outside the room!
The restaurant on site was closed and We couldn’t bring the teenagers with us even if it was open because it is located near the casino floor!!!!!! It doesn’t make any sense that you couldn’t make a route that makes it possible to someplace where they could...

"The hotel was very clean and tbe staff was nice and helpful. The hotel is close to a highway and traffic was noisy at night."

"We've been visiting this hotel for many years. It has a path in the back leading right to buttermilk falls State Park, which is huge highlight. But the hotel did change ownership in 2024, and it seems it's still finding it's stride since then.
There were renovations last year, which we were excited to see. We found the resulting lounge well done but quite small. The lobby is nice but not a huge change.
Seems they need to work on the rooms... our room needed a new shower fan and toilet seat...

"Our experience was very good. We enjoyed our visit very much. Our room was cozy and welcoming. We had a few unique experiences that might help others to be aware of in the future. The hot water heater was very small which was fine, however, not knowing this we ran out of hot water during the first shower which left only cold water for my shower and we had a funeral to attend so that made it very inconvenient. "I expected a much higher level of finish for the room, but it was certainly worked on and stayed in and it showed quite a bit. Couch had stains, walls showed patches, bathroom floor needs a better cleaning job... Just mid for what I paid. "
