I attempted to fix a door lock that we found on the floor upon our arrival. The lock didn’t have the correct screws so it couldn’t be fixed. My daughter got locked in a bathroom and I had to play with the lock to get her out. We called the property management company and they sent a lock smith to fix bathroom door but they didn’t fix lock on sliding door....
