"The house was really lovely, spotlessly clean and comfortable beds. We didnt eat any meals at home but the kitchen seemed well equipped and there were plenty of mugs and cutlery. The beach was glorious and only 15 mins walk away. Filey and Bempton Cliffs nearby.Wouldn’t normally have chosen a holiday ‘village’ but it was very pleasant. I would imagine it can get very busy in high summer but it was fairly quiet - perfect for us.Thank you"

"Had a lovely time at Graham's appartment. The location was beautiful, the appartment had everything we needed plus more very homely and comfortable. Communication with Graham was quick and easy nothing was to much trouble. We even stayed a extra night as we loved it that much. We will definitely be booking again in the near future. "The apartment is furnished and decorated in good taste and very clean. The complex has a nice pub a resaurant only a few minutes walk away. The beautiful year round dog friendly Bay beach is 10 minutes walk away. Filey a 10 minute drive away and the famous Pie bald Inn 5 minute drive away. Pie Bald Inn has 52 pies to choose from and one for your dog. Would we stay at this appartment again? Most definitely, what is there not to love."
