"the house was VERY clean, the host was great to work with & the location of the house is great to walk the one block up to the main downtown area, making it great to support local businesses and restaurants. the saturday farmers market is super close to the house making it nice to not have to rely on your car to go to the market. would recommend to anyone in a heartbeat. "The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked and modern. But the entire property has a strange layout. Very little space for guests to socialize unless outside. The host also requires additional paperwork, which was inconvenient since we were already en route. It worked okay for us but probably would not choose again."

"This is a very well decorated comfortable cabin/house. The only problem we had was the bathrooms. Because of our age they were not easy to use. Also the jet flyovers were very loud. A walk in shower in the guest bathroom and taller toilets would be a good improvement."

"It was beautiful! View outstanding. The pictures you have need to be updated. The outside looks nothing like the photos. Overgrown- weeds by the front door area and so much sand. Cliff we can tell has been slowly eroding. Next door the neighbors are loosing their yard. Your yard the fence dangerous. I would not have any children in yard. grassy and things including old tables and wire fencing laying around. Deck falling apart. Lots of sand- we understand but none cleaned up. Bbq horrible even...

"Very comfortable property. Nice scenic view. We would stay here again. When asked a question, the owner was quick to respond. One note: the description did not make it clear that this is the bottom floor of a house. Everything is separate, but this should probably be clearer. We also had to ask about the refrigerator. Adding a picture of that would help. "
