Just to clarify, firstly, once you made the reservation we contacted you on your Whatsapp number and also we sent you an email to see if you need any help and also we told you if you find any difficulty to find the place contact us and we will come to guided you, normally we have the best location ( the car can come till the door of the Riad) we never faced this problem with our guests. Concerning the parking, we never mentioned that we have free parking, the parking parking in the door of the riad is a public one, so automatically you will pay an extra for the service ( it costs 2 euros per night not 3 euros). Secondly, there is hot water 24 hours ( 7/7j), just you did not know how to use it and about the Wifi we have fiber optique internet ( it is the faster internet in Morocco). About the breakfast, normally it starts at around 8:00 and because you asked for early breakfast we confirmed it for you at 7:30, but you came down at 6:30 not at 7:30 as you mentioned in review, your breakfast was served around 7:00 not 8:30, by the way your check out was around 8:30. The breakfast we serve in our riad is traditional Moroccan one ( it is home made and also fresh). Thank you again! Looking forward to welcoming you again in our riad!
