"When I arrived at the home it was very nice on the outside. I went in with my daughter in law and my grandson. We started putting our bags and groceries down. My grandson picked up a ballon that was on the floor and that’s when we noticed. There was pet hair everywhere all over the floor, furniture and the bedrooms upstairs. "he neighborhood was perfect—very quiet in the evenings, with lots of people out walking, which made it feel very safe. The house itself was extremely spacious and worked well for our group. While the home was generally clean and definitely cleaner than some places we’ve stayed before, it could have used a bit more attention to detail in the cleaning. One thing I did notice, which I’ve also experienced at other places we’ve stayed, was that all of the windows were unlocked when we arrived....
