"Rating: 9/10 The condominium was very clean, modern appliances, well stocked and a great location. Very good budget value. Nice pool. Parking lot was a little sketchy looking. The place is close to downtown and the Hilo airport. Almost next door is Wailuku River State Park and close to Lili’oukalani Gardens - they make for scenic runs or hikes. Vivian was very quick to respond."

"What a great apartment. Everything was up excellent standards. Many extras like phone charging stations, smart TV with many choices, free wifi, well stocked kitchen, a balcony with a hammock just to name a few. The neighborhood was quiet. Thank you for letting us stay. "

"We had a glitch with the lock but the owner was quick to respond to my phone call to give us the combo for the manual key, which I appreciated very much. The second bed was very small, the removable shower head line was leaking badly. The stove top and oven were dirty and the fan was also dirty. There was no complimentary coffee. "

"My family (4 adults and 1 child) found this 2-bedroom unit very comfortable with a king bed and two double beds in the second bedroom to accommodate the young child with her parents. There was even a queen size sofa in the living room if we needed it too! The unit was clean, recently renovated with new appliances, and had all the needed amenities—even hair spray! There were eating establishments close enough for a nice walk. We would reconsider this Hilo condo should we visit Hilo in the future."

"Marc Nishimoto is such a great guy, if there were any issues it was because of my ignorance; for a simple 2-3 day stay it was perfect for me and my family, if there was any problem, I thought the bath/shower floor was a litttle slippery, but the kitchen was fully stocked, lots of towels, beds good, and an ideal location if you want to check out Kamehmeha Avenue's strip of stores."

"The condo was very comfortable and cutely decorated. We loved the bed and found it very comfortable. We appreciated access to beach equipment which we weren’t expecting. We didn’t receive any arrival instructions other than the address. We were able to contact the host and get in, but it was stressful after dark to find the unit. There were no instructions inside of the unit other than emptying a water bucket. I expect that these little inconveniences will quickly be resolved.The location...
