"Positives: Good facilities and nice touches... Older place but well maintained with very good basics. Close to IGA supermarket and bus stops. Pleasant office personnel and close to walking distance to CBD and pubs and restaurants. Area for improvement: Site office is not commonly open or manned. Late night and early morning check ins push a loud doorbell instead of using the apartment outside lock box function... Meaning if your rooms close to the entrance you are woken up at all hours of night...

Also excellent to walk to East Perth station where all regional buses depart, plus many train options to the city & beyond. Next time we are back in Perth will definitely stay there again.
