"The house was very clean and spacious. We were a group of 7 adult women who came to the area for a shopping trip. We hung out in the kitchen at night and played games. There was room for everyone and we’d definitely recommend again."

"The house by Jim was great! It is newly renovated, the appliances are new, and the property is very clean and well maintained. The location is excellent! it is near Rehoboth and Dewey so you can get sun and relaxing beach time during the day and an energetic bar scene at night. "If you want to stay in a house that has everything you want or need for your stay this is the place!! The hosts have thought of everything!! All you need are your clothes and food!! We had the most enjoyable weekend and it all started with communication with Bill. It was so much better than a hotel and this was my 1st experience renting.
