"Our bathroom shower could use a refresh with some caulking and a good scrub as there was orange/rust color along the grout lines. The green wall behind the toilet also had splatter marks all over it. There was an M&M on the carpet between the a/c unit and nightstand so that tells me the vacuuming was not done in that area."

"We had a relaxing stay at this studio type cottage. Easy access to Lake Michigan across the street and through the park. We especially enjoyed the spacious screened porch for reading. Perfect for a long weekend or week, limited only by the small kitchen and small shower/bath. Short drive to Douglas/Saugatuk restaurants and Grand Rapids attractions. "

"This place was perfect for my bachelorette weekend! Super spacious -- even more than we expected. There were enough beds for everyone in our group of 7 and it was clean and well-maintained. Our only regret was that we didn't have more time to hang out at the rental since there were so many amenities to enjoy!"

"Beautiful newer home with plenty of space for three families. Good location next to park with play ground and beach. The beach was never too crowded, even on a holiday. Great outdoor spaces as well."

"What an amazing house!! Extremely clean, lots of room, and every bedroom had its own bathroom and television. The house is beautifully decorated with a huge kitchen - 2 refrigerators, 2 stoves, butler's pantry, huge island which also serves as the dining table, and well equipped. We loved the in-home theater, pool, sauna, and hot tub plus so much more. Lots of room for our group of 10 and lots to do in the area. We would definitely recommend renting this home to anyone with a large group...
